Events Management System (EMS) Privacy Policy

The Events Management System, Master Calendar, and REGICS together are used to manage, announce, and provide registration functions for events and meetings held at Georgian Court University. In order to make full use of these systems you may be asked to provide information about yourself that will be stored on university servers. Here is how such information will be used and protected:


REGICS is the system we use to allow you to register yourself to participate in events. In order to do so you must set up an account in the REGICS system and provide your real name and email address. For some events you may be asked questions to improve your experience, or be sent surveys related to the event. Your answers are stored in the system and made available to event organizers and university employees who may analyze and respond to the information gathered.

Your submissions are protected by secure connection to our web site. Your name and email address will not be used for marketing purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
